This was purchased as a US military surplus item.
These boots were manufactured around the 1980s.
They are the same model used in military action movies from the 80s and 90s.
I have kept them as part of my collection for nearly 20 years. They are unused.
Jungle boots were standard issue for the US military from the Vietnam War era until around the 2000s. These are the classic Panama sole model, so they are from the mid-period.
